Prior to organizing Hamilton Wright, Lorizio spent twenty years consulting with myriad Middle Market private companies. In addition to sourcing merger and acquisition opportunities he was an influential part of the sellers exit strategy, due diligence and closing process.
Lorizio has as many years of experience identifying and qualifying acquisition targets on behalf of a number of M & A firms. The acquired and those acquiring had revenues in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Lorizio is also a former business owner. He was President and CEO, for ten years, of a logistics firm that operated throughout North America.
Lorizio holds an undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Harvard University and a Master of Arts degree in Government from The Johns Hopkins University's Zanvyl Krieger School of Advanced Studies. Lorizio is an adjunct faculty member at a local university where he teaches critical thinking, problem solving technologies and effective writing.
